Our Story
Our Story
We are the Paniagua Family. We have lived in Coeur d’ Alene together since
2013. Alex’s family has been here since 2000, though.
Alex attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland for cooking. Stephanie attended
IUP Culinary Academy for baking & Pastry in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.
We met on our externships from cooking/pastry school at the Broadmoor in
Colorado Springs. We worked there for a few years and learned from some
amazing Chefs. We then moved to Brooklyn and worked at prestigious NYC
restaurants for a year before deciding that we wanted to settle down in North
Idaho and possibly open our own bakery someday. It took about 11 years of
working for a handful of restaurants/coffee shops around this area, starting
our family, and going through life’s many changes that now we are finally
seeing our bakery dream become reality. Welcome to our Bakery! We can’t
wait to meet the community and share the love through our baked goods.
